This is Beyonce’s workout routine:
Her morning routine includes cardio for half an hour, followed by free weights for 45minutes.
Beyonce also goes jogging six days a week, during 40 minutes. Once a week, she takes a yoga class for strength conditioning and toning.
Biking and dancing are often cited as two of her favorite ways to have fun while still burning extra calories.
Beyonce’ s diet Tips:
Beyonce avoids red meat, bread, and alcohol. She eats plenty of vegetables each day and she follows a low fat, low carb and low calorie diet.
